Certain patient situations or clinical flow may not be feasible with urine specimen collections. Oral fluid testing is a simple saliva collection that can overcome challenges with urine collection process. It is fast, non invasive and often times an alternative solution for specimen collection.
Web Portal Access
SWL has multiple test result delivery methods. However, our HIPPA secured web portal access allows clinical staff to obtain all tests results ordered by clinic or provider. Access can be assigned per individual 24/7.
Risk Stratification Data
SWL reporting provides compiled data information that can be used to determine the risk of level of an organization or per individual provider based on test result inconsistencies. This information can be applied when determining the use of a protocol or particular analyte trends.
SWL can assist with samples of supportive documentation that can assist to determine or establish a risk stratification tool. This information is based on National and State guidelines backed by additional sources such as ASAM, CDC and more.

Toxicologist Support Access
At SWL, we understand the need and importance for clinical support. SWL provides access to our toxicologist and certifying scientists Monday-Saturday 8-6pm. In fact, our clients have the ability to request an in-person visit with our toxicologist in your office.
Addiction Physician Support
SWL is surrounded with staff that can assist your clinical needs. In the addiction space, Dr. Baldwin serves as the President for the NM Society of Addiction Medicine and the Vice Chair of the NM Opioid Treatment Provider Association. Dr. Baldwin carries specific expertise in MAT for opioid use disorders in both community and correctional settings, as well as clinical toxicology for applications predominantly within Addiction, Mental Health, and Pain Management specialties.
